Have your say on two strategic documents that will shape the future of Leederville. The Leederville Precinct Structure Plan will guide future development in the area and the Leederville Place Plan will guide the City’s investment in the town centre over the next four years.

The Robertson Park Development Plan proposes exciting new additions to the popular park, including multi-sport courts, community gardens and an enclosed dog exercise area.

Local Development Plan - No. 40 Frame Court, Leederville
The City has received a proposed Local Development Plan (LDP) which has been prepared by the owner of No. 40 Frame Court, Leederville. The LDP includes site-specific provisions which vary or add to development requirements of the local planning framework to achieve a specific built form outcome.

The City is taking part in the 2021 Liveability Census - Australia’s largest community-led social research project that captures what really matters to our communities.

Smoke-free town centres are being introduced in Vincent, with smoke-free boundaries proposed in Leederville, Mount Hawthorn, North Perth, Beaufort Street and William Street.

Vibrant Spaces Policy
Parklets are small pieces of City-owned land that have been transformed into public spaces. The City wants to know how people would like to see these spaces evolve in the future.

Signs and Advertising Policy
The City is exploring the community appetite for billboards as it looks to revisit its Signs and Advertising Policy. Currently this policy prohibits any billboard advertising across Vincent.
