On Tuesday 16 May, Council will vote to endorse the draft North Claisebrook Planning Framework for advertisement

• The North Perth workshop will be held on Monday, 5 December 2022 at Royal Park Hall (180 Charles Street, West Perth)
• The West Perth workshop will be held on Monday 12 December 2022 at Cleaver St & Co. Studio (14 Cleaver Street, West Perth)

Time: 6:00pm - 8:00pm

Location: Claisebrook Design Community

Details: The design workshop  will explore the community's preferred design for the Claisebrook Precinct , focusing on the key themes of Transport, Public Realm and Built Form. 

Other workshops: 

• The North Perth workshop will be held in February 2023
• The West Perth workshop will be held in February 2023

This survey seeks to understand what the community values about the area, and what they would like to see in the future. 

Community workshops being held in December 2022 and early 2023. The workshops will expand on the findings of the survey. 

You are invited to complete a survey on any of the areas that you are interested in (North Perth, West Perth and Claisebrook)

Preliminary research included a desktop study, a review of all relevant policies, plans, and strategies, several site inspections, and advice from the City's Design Review Panel.
