The development is proposed to Nos. 367-373 Fitzgerald Street and 103 Alma Road, North Perth (all lots bounded by Alma Road to the north, Fitzgerald Street to the east, Raglan Road to the south and a right-of-way to the east). A location map of the subject site is provided below:
The Metro-Inner North JDAP resolved to unanimously refuse the DAP application as per the City’s recommendation on 16 December 2022.
The applicant has lodged a review of the decision made by the JDAP to the State Administrative Tribunal (SAT). As the decision marker, the JDAP will be the respondent in this matter and the City has been invited to participate in the SAT review proceedings.
