The development is proposed to No. 141 West Parade, Mount Lawley. A location map of the subject site is provided below:

The proposal is for a Mixed Use Development and the details are as follows:

  • The site being cleared of existing buildings.
  • An eight storey building proposed with a basement floor below.
  • Commercial tenancies on the ground floor, including:
    • A restaurant/café tenancy at the corner of West Parade and the right-of-way.
    • A shop tenancy to West Parade.
  • A total of 31 apartments across the first to seventh floors. These include a mix of one, two and three-bedroom apartments.
  • Vehicle access provided from three access points, with two from the right-of-way and one from West Parade.
  • Parking provided across the basement, ground and first floors with the total parking provided as follows:
    • 41 car parking bays for residents.
    • 1 car parking bay for the commercial tenancies.
    • 19 bicycle parking bays for residents and visitors.
    • 2 motorcycle bays for residents and visitors.
  • Pedestrian access provided from both the right-of-way and West Parade, with the main entries to the residential lobby and commercial tenancies from West Parade.
  • Communal open space and facilities for residents provided on the southern side of the second floor and seventh floor.
