At its August 2024 meeting, Council approved giving public notice of the proposed lease of 15 Haynes St, North Perth.
Project details
In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises it is proposing to enter into a lease with Kidz Galore Pty Ltd on the following key terms:

Lease area | Land and building measuring approximately 2,026 sqm |
Rent | $44,669.86 pa plus GST |
Outgoings | Payable by lessee (includes utilities) |
Market Valuation | $49,500 pa plus GST |
Permitted Use | Provision of childcare services |
The proposed lease is a continuation of the existing lease to enable transition of childcare services to a new location.
At the end of the lease term, the site will be redeveloped in accordance with the Haynes Street Reserve Development Plan.
