Built Form Policy Amendments

We are seeking community comment on proposed changes to the City's Built Form Policy. The Built Form Policy was created in 2016 to ensure all new developments fit in with our neighbourhood, respect our character and identity and respond to specific local circumstances.

Our proposed changes to the policy seek to improve requirements relating to the areas of landscaping, setbacks, building design and environmentally-sustainable design.
