The City of Vincent is reviewing Policy No. 7.1.1 Built Form and seeking community feedback on the proposed changes.
Background
In August 2025 Council approved the review of Policy No. 7.1.1 Built Form (renamed to Local Planning Policy: Built Form) for the purpose of community consultation.

The review is in response to changes made to the State planning requirement, specifically the Residential Design Codes.
Additional standards have also been included to simplify the planning framework and improve landscaping outcomes.

The August 2025 Council report outlines the review of Policy No. 7.1.1 Built Form and full details of the proposed changes.
