Consultation has concluded

In accordance with Section 3.58 (3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises that it is proposing to grant a licence to Fast Cities Australia Pty Ltd (trading as Evie Networks) for two carbays at Chelmsford Car Park (2 Chelmsford Road, Mount Lawley) on the following key terms:

Term

five (5) years, with a further five (5) year option

Lease area

two carbays at Chelmsford Car Park

Rent

$1 per annum for initial five (5) years, $1,500 per annum for further five (5) years

Market Valuation

Market rental value is $3,600 gross per annum exclusive of GST and inclusive of variable outgoings

Permitted Use

constructing, maintaining and operating an electric vehicle parking and charging station
