Background
The City of Vincent is giving public notice on a proposal to sponsor the naming rights of Leederville Oval.
Leederville Oval is the home ground of East Perth and Subiaco football clubs.
The oval’s previous sponsorship with Medibank Private over the naming rights was for 10 years.

Project Details
In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, Vincent advises that it is proposing to dispose of the naming rights to Leederville Oval to Sullivan Logistics on the following terms:
Property (intangible asset)
Naming rights to Leederville Oval at 245 Vincent Street, Leederville (Lot 500 on Deposited Plan 65192 as contained within Certificate of Title Vol LR3157 Fol 914)
Sponsorship term
Three (3) years plus one two (2) year option
Sponsorer
Sullivan Logistics Pty Ltd (ACN 092 349 178)
Sponsoree
City of Vincent
Sponsorship fee
$120,000 plus CPI
Market valuation
$120,000
