Proposed Amendments to the Recovery of Debts, Rates and Service Charges Policy

We're making changes to our Recovery of Debts, Rates and Service Charges Policy.

Proposed amendments include:

• Updated to ensure the collection of rates and service charges aligns with the existing principles and regulatory requirements
• Provide guidance and outline the process to assist rate payers experiencing financial hardship
• Additional provision to direct ratepayers to the complaints process and procedure.
