The draft Pickle District Place Plan outlines the major initiatives to be implemented in the Pickle District over the next four years.

The City is committed to creating and enhancing our town centres and places. By taking a place-based approach, we can effectively support our unique and vibrant town centres to make Vincent a great place for everyone.

City of Vincent Place Plans

City of Vincent Place Plans are our ‘place based’ strategic documents that help guide the direction of our town centres. A draft Pickle District Place Plan has been prepared and is now available for viewing and comment.

The Pickle District boundary is pictured below.

Pickle District Place Plan

The Pickle District Place Plan will govern the allocation of funding and resources in the Pickle District and includes a schedule of all major City of Vincent initiatives to be implemented over the next four years.

The draft Place Plan has been developed in collaboration with the local town team, The Pickle District.

Key proposals in the draft place plan include street furniture upgrades, art and a sculpture walk, and improved connections.
