The development is proposed to Nos. 367-373 Fitzgerald Street and 103 Alma Road, North Perth (all lots bounded by Alma Road to the north, Fitzgerald Street to the east, Raglan Road to the south and a right-of-way to the east). A location map of the subject site is provided below:
The proposal is for a Mixed Use Development consisting of:
The site being cleared of existing buildings;
Two towers with the northern tower being 13 storeys and the southern tower being 11 storeys. This is inclusive of a three storey podium level;
Commercial tenancies to the ground, first and second floors:
To the Ground Floor - 7 commercial tenancies, including 3 Shops (1 supermarket tenancy and 2 retail/shop tenancies), 3 Restaurant/Cafe tenancies and 1 Liquor Store Small;
To Level One - 4 Office tenancies, 1 Medical Centre / Consulting Room tenancy and 1 Community tenancy;
To Level Two – 1 Office tenancy;
A total of 97 apartments. These apartments include a mix of one, two and three bedroom apartments. Apartments are provided from Level Two - Level Twelve;
Vehicle access from the western right-of-way (laneway) to a total of 351 car parking bays across 2 basement levels and 3 podium levels, allocating:
176 bays for the apartments;
127 public retail bays;
48 commercial bays;
165 bicycle racks;
28 motorcycle bays.
914 square metres of public outdoor space on the ground level, inclusive of landscaping, parklets, alfresco dining and a shopping plaza.

The City is preparing its Responsible Authority Report (RAR) that will provide a recommendation to the JDAP.
The RAR will include a summary of all contributions collected as well as recommendations for future action.
The RAR was submitted to the DAP on 5 December 2022 and will be published for community viewing before 9 December. We will notify everyone who provided a community submission on the proposal once the agenda is available for viewing.
