Summary of Proposal:

The On 11 October 2018 the Metro West Joint Development Assessment Panel (JDAP) considered an application for a nine-storey mixed use development, consisting of:

  • 32 multiple dwellings consisting of:
    • Three two-bedroom dwellings;
    • 27 three-bedroom dwellings;
    • 2 four-bedroom dwellings.
  • One Shop tenancy on the ground floor;
  • Two Office tenancies on the first floor;
  • Associated vehicle parking in the basement, ground and first floors as follows:
    • 66 residential car parking bays,
    • Eight visitor car parking bays,
    • Four car parking bays for the Office,
    • Two car parking bays for the Shop.

This application seeks to extend the period in which the development can be substantially commenced by a further two years, to 11 October 2025. No changes to the development plans have been proposed.
