The proposal is for a Multiple Dwelling development comprising of the following:

• Construction of a three storey Specialist Disability Accommodation building, comprising of six dwellings.
• Two Offices at ground floor for use by staff/carers.
• Four car parking bays and four long term bicycle parking spaces at ground floor, with access provided via Ragen Alley.
• Pedestrian access to the site is provided via Bruce Street to a central foyer area.
• A total of 102.63m² of landscaping across the ground floor, including the planting of one medium tree and five small trees.
• A bin store area located to the rear of the site, with collection from Ragen Alley.
