Development Details:

The proposal is for a commercial development at No. 357 Oxford Street, Mount Hawthorn.

Details of the proposed development include:

  • A four-storey commercial building consisting of:
    • Three ground floor commercial tenancies including one Restaurant/Cafe, a Radiology and Pathology Tenancy accessed via Oxford Street.
    • A Hospital tenancy spread across the ground and first floor, accessed from Oxford Street via a central lobby.
    • A Roof terrace is proposed on the second floor of the development.
  • Pedestrian access to a central lobby via Oxford Street.
  • A total of 39 car bays, six motorcycle bays and six bicycle bays, located on the lower ground level, accessed via the rear laneway.
  • A roof terrace and plant deck on the second floor, inclusive of on-structure landscaping.
  • A bin store and ambulance parking accessed via the rear laneway
