The proposal is for a three-storey development with six multiple dwellings

  • The existing site (containing a single house) to be fully cleared.
  • A three storey building containing six apartments, with each floor used as follows:
    • Ground (GF) – one apartment and car parking area;
    • First (1F) – one 2-bedroom apartment and two 1-bedroom apartments, residential lobby.
    • Second (2F) – two 2-bedroom apartments
  • Vehicle access would be provided from Venn Street.
  • Pedestrian access to the apartment lobby would be provided from Walcott Street.
