Development Details:
The proposal is to develop a Mixed-Use Development on the site and the details are as follows:
A six storey building proposed with a basement floor below.
Commerical Shop use tenancy on the ground floor fronting Scarborough Beach Road.
A total of 9 apartments on levels 1 - 3 floors with level 4- 5 provided for one penthouse apartment over the two floors. These apartments include a mix of two and three bedroom apartments.
Vehicle access is provided from the rear Coogee Street parking lot entry on the ground floor with car parking provided in a car-stacker arrangement with the total parking being provided:
15 car parking bays for residents;
1 car parking bay for the commercial tenancy.
10 bicycle parking bays for residents and visitors
Pedestrian access provided from both the rear Coogee Street parking lot entry with the main entry to the residential and commercial tenancy from Scarborough Beach Road.
Landscaping provided on the ground floor and balcony on all levels.
