The development proposes a four storey building and includes the following:

  • A Restaurant/ Café on the ground floor with a capacity of 85 patrons (including staff)
  • A Child Care Premises on the first, second and third floors with a capacity of 94 children and 19 staff and operating hours from 6.30am to 7.00pm – Monday to Friday.
  • A carpark on the first floor accessed via Allans Lane, including:
    • 5 bays for restaurant staff.
    • 5 bays for childcare centre staff.
    • 7 bays for visitors for the childcare and restaurant (Inc. 2 EV bays)
    • 13 bicycle bays
  • Associated ground and on-structure landscaping.
