A desktop review is undertaken of the existing Policy, best practice policy examples and other key trends and changes at local and state level.

The draft Policy was be presented to Council for adoption for the purpose of community consultation. 

Community consultation has now finished.

The submissions received during community consultation are reviewed and considered.

The outcomes of community consultation and the final draft Policy is presented to Council for adoption.
