Proposed amendments to the Legal Representation for Council Members and Employees Policy

Public notice of the proposed amendments to the policy was approved by City of Vincent Council at its meeting 14 March 2023.

A copy of the Council Agenda and Minutes relating to this approval are available at vincent.wa.gov.au

The substantive changes to the policy are as follows:

  1. removal of mandatory statutory declaration
  2. CEO determination of employee applications
