The City of Vincent has created a draft plan for the development of three lots of land at 15 Haynes Street, 25 and 31 Sydney Street in North Perth.

The development plan will ultimately result in a new area of public open space and the proposal is currently open for public comment.

In May 2019, the City started preparing a Development Plan for the three lots of land. In October 2019, we asked the community for input towards this initial development plan.

We have considered all community feedback and the relevant site constraints to create the draft Haynes Street Reserve Development Plan.

The draft Development Plan includes:

  1. Development Plan, which shows the proposed final outcome of the site,
  2. Landscape Plan, which shows the proposed layout of the new public open space, including the park amenities and landscaping, and
  3. Transition Plan, which shows how we can get to the final outcome of 15 Haynes Street and 31 Sydney Street converted to public open space, and 29 Sydney Street converted to residential by December 2025.
