The City recently requested community comments on amended plans received for proposed Two Grouped Dwellings at 4 Ethel Street North Perth.

It has since been brought to our attention that there were delays in the postage of letters and that a number of previous submitters were not included in the City’s mail-out.

These were unintentional errors made by the City. We understand these errors and poor communication are not aligned with the level of customer service and consultation we seek to provide to you as residents.

We sincerely apologise for this unacceptable level of service and any inconvenience caused by these errors. We will work to ensure that this does not occur again.

To allow all community members sufficient time to provide comments on the current set of amended plans for this proposal, the consultation period has been extended until Monday 31 January 2022.
