We want to make it easy for our customers to do business with us.
The City is proposing a new Customer Service Charter that simplifies the previous charter so it is easier to understand sets out our commitment to our customers.
The draft charter establishes standard timeframes for customer requests regardless of what communication channel you choose to contact us on and also includes more information around digital channel improvement.

What happens next?
