The principles of the community engagement panel are as follows:
  • The panel will be constituted in a fair and transparent manner.
  • Their voice will be heard and facilitated in an impartial manner.
  • Council will give serious consideration to the recommendations of the panel.
  • They will be appropriately supported during the process and their participation valued.
This panel will be separate from the Imagine Vincent community panel previously established.
