The playground at Charles Veryard Reserve is due for replacement and we are asking community what kind of play space they would like to see there.
Background
Charles Veryard Reserve in North Perth is a sports ground with floodlights but is also a beautiful shady place for families to enjoy too.
It includes a fully fenced playground which is scheduled for replacement in 2026/27.
This playground renewal will be funded through the City's 2026/27 Capital Works budget and work is due to be completed in the 2026/27 financial year.
Project details
We are asking community about their preferences for the new playground at Charles Veryard Reserve.
This includes topics such as age group suitability, types of equipment, layout and themes, as well as shade and fencing options.
We want to hear from everyone, and especially those who regularly visit the playground, so that we can make sure you continue to enjoy using this space.
