The application is for the following:

• Construction of five storey apartment buildings providing:
  • 31 one-bedroom dwellings; and
  • 21 two-bedroom dwellings.
• Demolition of the existing dwelling.
• 36 car bays and 32 bicycle bays across the site.
• Tree and landscaping works, including:
  • Retention of four existing trees.
  • Removal of one existing tree.
