In accordance with Section 3.58(3) of the Local Government Act 1995, the City of Vincent advises it is considering a proposal to enter into a lease with Indara Corporation Pty Ltd on the following key terms:

TermTen (10) years plus two five (5) year options
Lease Area

Portion 41 (Lot 31) Britannia Road, Leederville known as Britannia Reserve as shown on the Locality Map below.

Rent

$48,000 pa plus GST

Market Valuation

$48,000 pa plus GST

Permitted Use

Operating and maintaining telecommunications network and service


The proposed lease area will be approximately 140sqm and located adjacent to the pump track (on the freeway side) comprising of a monopole and equipment within the lease area.

The existing path which provides access from the Britannia Road car park to the reserve will be diverted around the proposed lease area.
