Project Overview

Warndoolier (formerly Banks Reserve) sits on the Derbarl Yerrigan (Swan River) foreshore in Mount Lawley. It covers approximately 3.5 hectares and is bound by Joel Terrace, the Old East Perth Power Station, and the Toni DiScerni wetlands. Warndoolier is a place of natural beauty, Aboriginal cultural significance, and is the City’s only waterfront reserve.

The City of Vincent, in collaboration with consultant UDLA, prepared the Banks Reserve Master Plan to provide a coherent and coordinated vision to guide the future development and management of Warndoolier.

The Master Plan was endorsed by Council in March 2019.
