The City of Vincent Council resolved on 17 November 2020 (Item 12.6) to invite public comment on a proposed new Policy.
The proposed new policy sets out the key legislative requirements and defines events that do not trigger the conflict of interest provisions and are exempt from the gift disclosure requirements.
