The City is undertaking a review of the City’s Policy 4.1.05 – Community Consultation. As part of this review, we are reaching out to all relevant business units to take part in helping shape the future of community consultation and engagement within the City.  

The review will culminate in a revised Community Consultation Policy and a Community Engagement Framework that will provide further clarity and simplification of how and when we consult.

The purpose of this survey is to help us better understand how we currently engage, what are some of the learning lessons from past engagement projects, and how can we improve our approach and understanding to engagement practices into the future. 

We will be reporting the outcomes of this survey back to you – our stakeholders – and we encourage you to take advantage of this opportunity to express what you feel is appropriate to help shape the way we will engage and consult going forward.
