Details of the proposed development include:

• Two proposed apartment blocks within an existing grouped dwelling development, consisting of:
  • 53 existing two-bedroom dwellings.
  • Nine single bedroom dwellings located within the proposed northern apartment block.
  • Six single bedroom dwellings located within the proposed southern apartment block.
• Parking provided at-grade and accessed via Jugan Street. The parking provided includes:
  • 53 existing residential car bays.
  • No new car bays for the proposed apartments.
  • Removal of 15 visitor car bays and replacement with 12 visitor bays across the site.
  • 16 proposed short term bicycle parking bays.
• Landscaping provided as follows:
  • Removal of 12 trees.
  • Planting of 25 new trees.
