- 16 bicycle bays for the use by residents and visitors.
- Pedestrian access to the site is provided via Charles Street to a lobby area.
- Communal open space on the first floor.
- A bin store area located in the basement of the site, with collection from Charles Street.
- Apartment stores located within the development, on each level.
- Landscaping provided on the ground floor, including the planting of 39 small and medium sized trees.
